Wanda Lacy was previously named Knox County's teacher of the year for 2013.

She says she was inspired to teach because her parents didn't have the opportunity to earn a college education.

If you have a teen driver and they've already been in a wreck there is a reason why this happened and shockingly it has nothing to do with texting!

Last week, Knoxville earned the recognition of grabbing the title for being the safest city in Tennessee for driving according to insurance company Allstate. 12th place overall nationally!
But according to a new study on teen driving, when teenagers listen to music they like, they end up making more driving mistakes.

Teen boys are especially bad as they make bigger, more aggressive mistakes, more often.
