The City of Knoxville's Festival on the Fourth presented by OneMain Financial promises once again to deliver a wide variety of family fun including entertainment, activities and treats at the City of Knoxville’s Fourth of July celebration.
The free festival begins at 4 p.m. and ends at approximately 10 p.m. at the conclusion of the fireworks display.

Good Morning To You Productions Corp., which is working on a film tentatively titled Happy Birthday, argues in a lawsuit filed last week that the song should be "dedicated to public use and in the public domain."
