For more than 85 years, the Tennessee Theatre has been a destination for love in Knoxville from first dates to weddings. To honor that tradition, the theater will open its doors for a Valentine’s Day-themed open house on Friday, Feb. 7, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Supporting one another is at the core of what we do at the Alzheimer’s Association. We have a free training opportunity in mid-February for volunteers who want to lead support groups. We walk you through all you need to know - you bring the passion and desire to help others. Your commitment is a few hours a month and it will mean the world to family members of loved ones with Alzheimer’s.
