Brain Food Brain Power

Once again another Monday and work week. If your mind is a little sluggish, here are 7 foods that may help you and give you some brain power.  This from a new book called ‘Brainpower Game Plan,’ on what to eat to stay sharp.  1.     Fatty Fish (Salmon, Albacore Tuna and Sardines). Eat it at least twice a week  2.     Leafy Green Veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage) Eat it daily   3.     Avocado, Oils, Nuts and Seeds. Eat it frequently   4.     Chocolate. Eat it frequently  5.     Curry. Use it as an ingredient in pasta sauces, salad dressings and meat marinades   6.     Whole Grains. Eat it daily  7.     Water. Drink throughout the day
