It’s safe to say that a lot of us made a New Year’s resolution to lose weight in 2022. So, what is the best way to do that? Well “U.S. News & World Report” just released the results of their 2022 Best Diets list, with health experts ranking 40 diets in categories like Best Overall Diet, Best Weight Loss Diet and more.

The Mediterranean Diet, which puts an emphasis on fruits and vegetables, olive oil, fish and other healthy fare, was named the Best Overall Diet for a fifth year in a row.
