Powell Store Loaning Prom Dresses

If you are a parent or high school student, you know how expensive attending the prom can be. The dress, the tux, shoes, hair, make-up, the tickets, just to name a few of the necessities for the big night. 

WBIR-TV visited Frugality Thrift Boutique in Powell, where the owner is loaning gowns for prom. The store has more than 100 to choose from. The owner says just bring them back within three days of your prom.

They’re also helping with makeup hair, nails and photo shoots, but they could use some volunteers to help.
