Also known as “Disco Silva”… Michele loves music… 70’s, 80’s and now! Ya know, “Today’s hits and all your favorites!” That’s why she made the move from TV to radio! Michele is from New Bedford, MA but has been a Knoxvillian since 2000 when she started waking up folks on WBIR-TV. After ten years there, she ventured to WVLT-TV as an anchor and eventually promotions director. But even before TN, Michele worked in Corpus Christi, TX as a morning anchor for KIII-TV. Interviews she will never forget: Mother Teresa, John Kennedy Jr, and most recently, Bret Michaels.
Michele loves shopping, live music, rollerskating, giving time to a variety of charities, the lake and her fur baby, MargauxRhita, a Shih Tzu mix from the Small Breed Rescue.
