Every Friday, volunteers with A Hand Up Christian Homeless Ministry hit the streets from Farragut to downtown Knoxville.
They’re armed with hot lunches, clothes, cases of water and canned food for the homeless.
Charlie Jackson who started the non-profit group says, “If you would like to help, right now A Hand up Christian Homeless Ministry is collecting blankets, shoes, boots, jeans, sweatshirts. Always water and canned goods. Monetary donations are always welcome.
Check them out on facebook.
