Clothes you don’t love
If you don’t feel great in it, toss it. If you haven’t worn it in over a year, toss it. Experts say we only use about 20% of our closet, so a good closet purge is a wonderful opportunity to create space.
Expired medications
Go through that medicine cabinet occasionally to toss anything past its prime, including medications, sunscreen and ointments, and creams.
Kitchen odds and ends & half-functional cookware
Get rid of any storage containers without lids. Also, go ahead and get rid of that spatula that’s on its last leg. If an appliance isn’t performing like it used to, let it go.
Duplicate paperwork
We’re all guilty of keeping random receipts, etc. Get rid of any paper documents that you can access online, including online recipes and bills.
Extra water bottles and mugs
Almost everyone has too many of both & we can all definitely function with less, so donate or toss out the ones you can live without.
