Ashley was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. But she moved to Knoxville in 1988. Something about Ashley that we are particularly proud of is her service in the U.S. Air Force. Her radio career is full of Morning Show team experience, beginning with her first morning show team in 1992. Her initial radio career began in 1984, after her broadcasting education at the Ohio School of Broadcast. She was also the announcer for the Lady Vols Soccer team from 1998‐2010. It’s not a surprise since soccer is one of her favorite past‐times. But her true favorite time outside of the morning show is time with her son, Garrett. He seems to be growing up sharing Ashley’s interest in soccer as well as golf and basketball. And they have recently taken up fly‐fishing and rock climbing.
