There are 4 types of eaters! Which one are you?
- Fuel eaters โ Youโre choosing and eating foods that are nourishing for the body. Your goal is to energize and boost your health. Fuel eaters are considered the โhealthiestโ of the four and according to Doctorโs and nutritionalists itโs how you should be eating 80% of the time.
- Fog eaters โ Ohโฆ.this happens to a lot of usโฆ.eating mindlessly without even noticing how much or what weโre eating. Fog eaters eat when theyโre bored. I think you can tell this is NOT the best habit.
- Storm eaters โ Uhoh- youโre letting your emotions get the best of you, so you eat. If you allow yourself to get too hungry, the โstorm eatingโ begins or if youโre having an overwhelming emotional reaction you tend to storm eat. Let to recognize those triggers and eat moderately.
- Fun eaters โ A lot of us do this, we fun eat because we love food. The flavor, the event, the gathering triggers fun eaters. Use these as cheat meals instead of everyday grazing! These fun foods and meals donโt offer much in the way of vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber, so they should really be enjoyed occasionally.
